Garlic Bread Herb Butter


1. ) Place ingredients in oven safe container and into oven at 170°F.


1 Miyoko's Butter

40 ml olive oil

2.5 tsp parsley

1.5 tsp basil

8 cloves chopped garlic

2. ) Once ingredients are melted, place in freezer until thick but able to be mixed.

It should be perfect consistency when the olive oil and butter oils can mix and the herbs don't sink to the bottom.

3. ) Scoop mixed ingredients into molds and stick in freezer

4. ) Once butter is hard it can be popped out of the mold and into a jar. Store in freezer until use. May be stored up to 3 months in freezer.
